We work closely with external fragrance houses on selecting the finest fragrances and stay one step ahead of the latest Eau de Toilette and Eau de Parfum fragrance trends so that our customers are at the forefront of the market. Furthermore, as home fragrance manufacturers and by working with some of the world’s leading fragrance oil manufacturers too, your chosen fragrance can also be placed into whichever format suits your concept. We can also assist with aerosol body spray manufacturing.
Our dedicated in-house design studio produce initial fragrance concept design right through to artwork, 3D visuals and real life mock ups. Our Rapid Prototype system enables us to produce in-house cartons, rigid boxes and intricate labels to achieve real life component models.
To allow us to manufacture high quality fragrance, Swallowfield has its own dedicated fragrance lines, flammable filling and storage zones. Standard and bespoke bottles and varied capacities can be accommodated in our automated filling system. We offer bottle vacuum and volumetric filling, valve loading, collar crimping, automated precision labelling and cello-wrapping. Our flexible tailored services expands to gift packing, interstock filling and bespoke fragrance assembly.
We are able to fill fragrances in the UK, China and the Czech Republic. We will discuss your needs and advise on the most suitable location.
Eau de parfum typically contains over 15% pure fragrance essence, resulting in a strong scent.
Eau de toilette contains approximately 10% pure fragrance essence, resulting in a light scent.
